Georgina Crowther 1843-1921
Parents: Nathaniel & Jane Stafford
Ship: Duchess of Argyll Arrived: Auckland - 8 October 1842
Nathaniel and Jane were one of the first arrivals to Auckland, lived in a raupo hut. Their daughter, Georgina married William Crowther who became the mayor of Auckland and member of parliament.
John Jefferis 1804-1858
Parents: James & Elizabeth Jefferis
Ship: Nourmahal Arrived: Dunedin - 5 May 1858
John and Ann arrived with their 8 children into Dunedin, intending to depart in Auckland. Ann was very sick, therefore they settled in Dunedin. They were farming at Court Farm at Whitchurch in 1851.
James Mudford 1829-1901

Ship: Ashmore Arrived: Nelson - 25 January 1854
James Mudford, cook, in the said ship Ashmore was on Saturday the 30th day of September last guilty of continued wilful disobedience to lawful commands and neglect of duty on board his said ship at Nelson.
